1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Nox AI (thenoxdigital.com), you enter into a legally binding contract with The Nox Digital. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Services & AI Generation Output
Nox AI provides an automated procedural 3D website builder, CMS editor, and cloud hosting infrastructure. You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated code, layouts, and copy are synthesized automatically and provided on an "as-is" basis.
- You retain full ownership of your custom inputs, uploaded trademarks, and deployed content.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated code and text prior to publishing on public or custom domains.
3. Prohibited & Acceptable Uses
You agree not to use the Nox AI platform or any hosted site to:
- Create deceptive landing pages, phishing portals, financial scams, or illegal betting sites.
- Distribute malicious code, exploit scripts, or launch denial-of-service attempts.
- Host or transmit unauthorized copyrighted material, explicit adult content, or hate speech.
Violation of these provisions will lead to immediate account termination and deletion of hosted assets without notice.
4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments
All subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Max) and credit purchases are processed via our authorized payment partner (Razorpay). Prices are listed in INR / USD and are subject to applicable GST under SAC Code 998311.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, The Nox Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network interruptions, or data loss. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nox AI against any claims arising from websites you generate and publish.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
